Sales Manager | Case Study
Together we all get on
Sales Manager Case Study
“In my role as Sales Manager - responsible for 28 people - every day brings its own challenges and achievements. But whatever we do, we always put the needs of the customer first. Which I think is quite an uncommon approach nowadays.
“A lot of what I do involves coaching, and I believe it’s important that I can base this on my own experience. I started off working for Skipton in the branch network, so that really helps. After all, it’s a lot easier to tell someone what they should be doing when you’ve actually done it yourself.
“If there’s one thing I enjoy, probably more than any other, it’s seeing the coaching I’ve provided pay off. I still get a massive buzz from seeing my team achieve their sales targets. It’s what makes the job so worthwhile.”
